Details: This beautiful Matcha Set includes a Ceramic Matcha Bowl (Chawan), a Bamboo Whisk (Chasen, 80 bristles) and Matcha Spoon or Scoop (Chashaku).

The Matcha Bowl is handmade from ceramics and features an artfully applied, black-speckled glazing with a fine luster and grayish accents. The pattern and size of the speckles differs on each bowl, so every bowl is unique.

The Matcha Whisk is an essential accessory for preparing matcha tea and whipping it to achieve a solid, fine frothing. Made from white Bamboo, this Whisk can be used for thin or thik matcha and is best suited for beginners or those who just occassionally enjoy a cup of matcha.

After use, rinse the bamboo whisk with lukewarm water and let it dry. Do not store in enclosed containers or plastic packaging.
